We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In our desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored:
 
Cancellation Policy
24 hour advance notice is required when cancelling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. Any services canceled in less than 24 hours of the appointment will be charged 25% of the service fee for the service scheduled. If the service is less than that amount a flat rate of $25.00 will be charged to the card on file.
 
No-Shows
Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show.” They will be charged 25% of the service fee for the service scheduled. If the service is less than that amount a flat rate of $25.00 will be charged to the card on file for the “missed” appointment.
 
Late Arrivals
If you arrive late for your appointment your provider will then determine if there is enough time remaining to complete the scheduled treatment. if the treatment can be completed  you will be responsible for the charge of a “full” treatment session.  If the treatment cannot be completed in the time remaining and the appointment is not rescheduled a cancelation fee will be applied.
